The Sylvania Fall Festival presented by Dave White Chevrolet and Great Lakes Chevy Dealers is one of our community’s most beloved traditions, bringing together families, businesses, visitors, and neighbors for a weekend filled with local flavor, festive fun, and small-town charm.
Hosted by the Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce, this annual celebration showcases the best of our community with a lively parade, local vendors, food trucks, family activities, entertainment, and opportunities to shop, dine, and explore Sylvania.

Interested in being part of the Sylvania Fall Festival? We welcome local businesses, makers, food vendors, nonprofits, and community organizations to apply. Vendor applications and event details will be available soon.
2026 Event Rules & Registration Guidelines
- Only Craft/Farmer’s Market and Organizations will be accepted. If you do not fall within these parameters, please contact Courtney at chiatt@sylvaniachamber.org
- Craft-type vendors must submit their registration & payment through online registration.
- Photos must be submitted to chiatt@sylvaniachamber.org
- Full payment must be made online at the time of registration. Unpaid registrations will NOT be considered by the committee.
- All completed registration submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee.
- Crafters/Farmer’s Market vendors must participate BOTH days of the event.
- Organizations participate on Sunday ONLY

Parade Information
The Fall Festival Parade is a highlight of the weekend and a favorite tradition for families across the region. Parade participation details and registration will be available soon.
Parade: Sunday, October 18th at 1:00 p.m.
Location: The parade will launch from Pacesetter Park in Sylvania, OH. Full parade route to be announced soon!
